ECONOMICAL CONCRETE BATCHING PLANTS

ECONOMICAL Concrete Batching Plants are designed for cost-effective concrete production.  The budget plants are built simple yet rugged, basic yet modern, efficient and economical to install & transport, the result - effective reliability and low operational costs.  Many variations are available as optional to suit the individual customer's particular requirements.  The plants are equipped with planetary pan mixers.

PORTABLE CONCRETE BATCHING PLANTS

PORTA-RAPID Concrete Batching Plants are designed for high portability, rapid installation on site.  The plants in modular containerized form, which are low level and skid mounted, spread the load bearing area, thus minimal foundations are required.  An entire plant can be transported in two or three 40' open top containers depending on the plant model, or by normal road transport vehicles.  On site, each plant can be easily installed within 2 - 3 days, as it is factory pre-wired with plug-in fittings, and pre-tested.  The controls are housed fully within the framework of the plant.  They are equipped with planetary pan mixers or twin shaft mixers.

SEMI-PORTABLE CONCRETE BATCHING PLANTS

SEMI-PORTABLE Concrete Batching Plants combine features of large outputs and high mobility.  The modular designed plants are easily transported on standard equipment.  The skid-mounted frames allow installation on simple foundations.  The plants are built efficient, sturdy and reliable, hence they require little maintenance.  The wet plants are equipped with a choice of either planetary pan mixers or twin-shaft compulsory mixers.

Planetary Counter-Current Pan Mixers permit rapid mixing with excellent results for precast and all types of concrete.  Output capacities from 500 Its to 2000 Its.		Twin Shaft Mixers allow rapid charging & discharge of large batch capacities, and bigger size aggregates.  Popular choice mixer for readymix companies.  Output capacities from 1000 Its to 4000 Its.
